THE DEAL

Let's not tip toe around the truth: The workers comp claim's resolution process in California is,... well, Lets just say it can be challenging

All the blame doesn't fall on the comp courts though.

Carriers are also to blame for over reserving, slow mitigation tactics, and simply accepting claims with little to no investigative work.

How many times have you heard work comp companies and programs RAVE about their loss control and claims services?

They will show you wonderful marketing slicks and "case" studies to market their claims/loss control services. However, do you ever realize those services working for your client in a tangible way?

Such as a decrease in an insured's experience mod or a striking difference in total losses compared to years past?

It's no secret California has one of the highest average costs per workers comp claim in the country coupled with the burdensome fact it takes entirely TOO long to close a claim in California for various reasons.

So we are going to put our money where our mouth is here and SHOW you a real case study after only one year of participating in our workers comp program.
